Seattle: The Place for Green IT Jobs?

If the officials in Seattle get their way, the city will be forever known as the hub for all green information technology jobs. Puget Sound in particular wants to lead the way toward this green future.

The city already is known for its green technology, including architecture firms that support sustainable practices and other businesses who are more eco-minded. Many buildings are constructed with green practices as well.

That’s all well and good, Seattle, but what about the rest of the country? How about you harness that sunlight, West and Midwest, and get some solar power going? How about using some free wind power, American coastlines?
